Shilajit is a dark, tar-like resin that forms in the rock layers of high mountain ranges, including the Himalayas. It has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic practice, where it is known as shilajatu.

Our shilajit is purified resin supplied in a 10g glass jar. It naturally contains fulvic and humic acids along with trace minerals. The resin softens when warm and firms up when cool, which is normal for genuine shilajit.
